Camp Cancellation Policy

Because our camps require advance staffing, materials, insurance, and preparation, we maintain the following cancellation policy:

  • All camp registrations are non-refundable.

However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. For that reason, we offer the following options:

  • Cancellations More Than 14 Days Before Camp Start

    • Families may request a credit for the full amount paid.

    • Credit may be applied to another Miss Maker camp

    • Credits must be used within 12 months.

    • Credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

  • Cancellations Within 14 Days of Camp Start

    • No refunds or credits are issued.

    • This includes illness, schedule changes, or last-minute conflicts.

  • Missed Days / Early Departure

    • No refunds or credits are provided for: Missed days, Late arrivals, Early pickups, Voluntary withdrawal during the week

Camp Cancellations by Miss Maker

In the rare event that Miss Maker cancels a camp due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns, or insufficient enrollment), families will receive:

  • A full refund or

  • A full credit, at their choice.

Our camps are intentionally small, materials-heavy, and staff-supported. Once a spot is reserved, we turn away other families and commit resources to your child.
